What is fibromyalgia?
Fibromyalgia is a condition that causes widespread chronic pain throughout the whole body. If you have fibromyalgia, you may feel constant pain and discomfort in muscles and connective tissues, as well as chronic fatigue and other symptoms, including problems sleeping, headaches, and depression.
Another typical symptom is sometimes referred to as “fibro fog,” which causes sufferers to have difficulties concentrating or remembering things.
Pain associated with untreated fibromyalgia can interfere with your ability to function well at your job. It can also lead to anxiety or depression.
